Job Summary
On-Call Snow Supervisors to lead snow and ice removal operations during winter weather. You’ll supervise snowplow crews, monitor weather, plan response efforts, assign routes, and ensure安全 and efficient work. May operate snowplow trucks or other equipment as needed. Oversee salt/brine applications and equipment inspections. Maintain basic reports and ensure safety compliance. Travel to snow locations is required with hotel, travel time, and per diem provided. 18+ with valid driver’s license and clean driving record; CDL preferred; DOT drug screen and MVR review required. 8-hour in-person training prior to season; overtime opportunities during extended events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Valid CDL Class A or B (preferred)
- Pass a DOT drug screen, and MVR review
- Be willing to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of the event
- 2+ years of snow removal experience; leadership experience a plus
- Must attend an 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts
