Job Summary
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas while operating equipment such as skid steers, backhoes, loaders, plow trucks, and UTVs. Apply deicing materials using machines, trucks, or manually and maintain and clean vehicles as needed. Follow all company and safety guidelines on every site, wear PPE, and ensure ability to lift up to 50 lbs in winter conditions. Available 24/7 during snow events with on-site arrival within one hour of dispatch. Log hours and track activity via the TimeScape App. Submit required documentation and meet insurance requirements for driver roles.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions
- Must understand and speak basic English
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
- Available 24/7 (including holidays) during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch
- Must use TimeScape App to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (applies to driver roles only)
