Job Summary
Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, parking lots, and other areas while operating equipment like skid steers, backhoes, loaders, and plow trucks. Apply deicing materials using machines, trucks, or manually and maintain and clean trucks and equipment as needed. Follow all company and safety guidelines on every site, including wearing PPE and adhering to 24/7 availability during snow events with on-site arrival within one hour. Submit required documentation via the TimeScape App. This seasonal opportunity is contingent on snowfall and offers competitive hourly rates for subcontractors using their own equipment or direct hires.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions
- Must understand and speak basic English
- Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
- Available 24/7 (including holidays) during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch
- Must use TimeScape App to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (applies to driver roles only)
