Job Summary
Research instructional materials and design daily lesson plans to meet core course objectives for at-risk youth. Provide individual and group instruction on academic and non-academic subjects while managing classrooms and virtual environments effectively. Coordinate curriculum activities with school personnel, administer surveys, and assess client strengths to build upon them. Document client progress regularly and participate in progress meetings with parents and staff. Resolve conflicts non-violently in group settings and contribute to weekly and quarterly reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-years of experience working with youth
- Proven three years of professional experience/specialization
- Current Undergraduate student or AS and/or equivalent experience
