Job Summary
Physician role at a SNF-focused healthcare organization in the Costa Mesa area. You will conduct daily rounds and manage patient care for skilled and custodial populations, ensure contract compliance and timely EMR documentation, and participate in on-call rotations (7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Mon–Fri with optional weekend/night calls). Supervising Physician duties may include overseeing nurse practitioners. Requires MD/DO, CA license, DEA, CPR, and 3+ years in geriatric, rehabilitative, or internal medicine. Eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision and 401(k); CME, AIP, and stock options available.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- minimum of 3 years of experience in geriatric, rehabilitative, or internal medicine
- California medical license
- DEA certificate
- CPR certification
- EMR documentation skills
- managed care experience preferred
