Job Summary
Develop census through targeted business plan goals and cultivate referral relationships via face-to-face contacts within the geographic territory. Coordinate the referral to admission conversion process and represent the Nursing Facility in community-related activities. Requires minimum one year experience as a liaison or successful healthcare sales experience, familiarity with acute and rehab hospitals, and strong communication skills.
