SNF HIM Asst

Manage patient health records to ensure information is complete, accurate, and available to legitimate users. Protect patient privacy, provide information security, and comply with standards and regulations regarding health information while administering health information computer systems. Requires minimum of one year in health information experience and knowledge of ICD-10 and medical terminology; Registered Health Information Technician certification preferred. Schedule includes 24 hours, three days a week, typically during facility hours of 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with shifts depending on facility needs.
