Job Summary
Lead sneaker design sessions and develop a hands-on curriculum covering history, major design elements, color theory, materials, and the creative process from concept to final mock-ups. Teach students how to apply design principles to create sneaker concepts, while integrating marketing strategies and brand presentation. Manage classroom environment, assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, document attendance and progress, and collaborate with fellow instructors and coordinators to align the curriculum with program goals. Strong instructional, communication, and organizational skills; deep knowledge of sneaker design history and process; ability to guide students through sketching, prototyping, and presenting designs to peers and potential investors or customers.
