Job Summary
SNAP Site Supervisor oversees the administration, supervision, implementation, and operational oversight of the SNAP Boys and Girls Program for Lutheran Services Florida. Responsibilities include direct staff supervision and performance management, ensuring program fidelity and contract compliance, coordinating with schools and community partners, maintaining program documentation and reporting, managing budgets and resources, developing annual work plans, and ensuring regulatory adherence. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field (Master’s preferred) and at least five years of relevant experience, with strong leadership, communications, and data-management skills, and the ability to travel and work nontraditional hours. Provides coaching and quality assurance for staff, liaises with community agencies and law enforcement, and supports volunteer coordination and external stakeholder engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or relevant human service degree; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in behavioral health, juvenile justice, social services, or related human services programs, including program administration, staff supervision, or operational oversight experience
