Job Summary
Perform snack cup assembly, packaging, and labeling while rotating through production tasks and adjusting machine settings. Inspect finished products for quality and safety compliance, recognize process issues, and maintain a clean work area. Fulfill orders efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and operating equipment as needed. This part-time role at Capitol Kitchen includes Fridays, occasional weekends, and holidays, with pay ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 or older
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience with food manufacturing
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to identify and analyze problems and plan solutions
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to provide a positive work environment
- Ability to prepare and produce snack cup products to standards
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Fridays with occasional weekends, and holidays
