Job Summary
Prepare and serve food and drinks to members and guests while maintaining a clean and safe work environment that meets OSHA and Health Department regulations. Operate the point-of-sale computer system, stock all products, and maintain accurate inventory and sales reports. Take end-of-month inventory, complete accurate cash reports at the end of each shift, and secure the snack bar area. Assist with cookouts and parties as needed, demonstrate the ability to work with others, and fill other shifts when required. Follow all FGCC safety programs, guidelines, policies, and procedures, including wearing and using personal protection equipment as needed.
Required Qualifications
- ABC Card
- High School or GED
- Experience working in a fast food environment
- Computer point-of-sale
- Normal speech, hearing, and vision
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to work with others
- Active listening skills
- Ability to articulate information both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
- Ability to maintain composure when dealing with stressful situations
- Familiarity with all pertinent Safety Data Sheets (SDS) of chemicals which are used in the workplace
Desired Qualifications
- High School or GED preferred
- Experience working in a fast food environment helpful
