Job Summary
Greet guests professionally, prepare snacks and refreshments to company standards, and maintain the snack bar's cleanliness and organization. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensure all food items are fresh and stocked, and follow strict food safety guidelines. Address guest concerns directly and collaborate with crew members to deliver a smooth experience. Manage inventory restocking and assist with supplies while adhering to sanitation regulations. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous food and beverage service experience is preferred.
