Job Summary
Deliver beverages to designated retail locations using a delivery vehicle; perform loading/unloading, stock back rooms as needed, and maintain accuracy of inventory and deliveries. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, use electronic devices to confirm deliveries and track records, and cooperate with logistics and dispatch teams. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, build positive relationships with store personnel, attend trainings and meetings, and support special projects as assigned. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a CDL Learner Permit (CLP), valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work weekends/holidays, and successful pre-employment screenings (background check, drug screen, and MVR review). Pay is $27.85 per hour with bi-weekly overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits; schedule is 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Must be at least 21 years old and able to operate pallet jack and portable scanner/printer.
Required Qualifications

- Must maintain a valid state-issued driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
- Must be able to operate portable scanner & printer
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day
- Background checkbox and pre-employment screenings including criminal background check and drug screening
