Job Summary
Set up, operate, and maintain DEK 248 stencil printers, MyData MY9 pick and place machines, Heller reflow ovens, and AOI equipment. Run and verify heat profiles, coordinate jobs with planning personnel, and produce surface mount PC boards while interacting with internal QC and Test Departments to eliminate process errors. Manage solder paste handling and storage, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to safety procedures. Monday through Friday, 1st shift (6:30 am – 2:30 pm).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of one year direct related experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write effective daily correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively to other employees of the organization
- Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and Bills of Material
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
