Job Summary
Maintain SMT equipment and fixtures in the Shanghai factory, including daily line changes, solder paste printing, dispensing, and welding quality control. Track and resolve profile and quality issues to prevent batch problems, while managing emergency shutdowns and debugging assembly line dispensing machines. Prepare, maintain, and upgrade SMT programs, and oversee 5S control of production assets. Assist engineers in resolving process and quality challenges and maintain work instructions across assembly line sections.
Required Qualifications
- SMT solder paste printing process knowledge
- SMT dispensing quality knowledge
- SMT welding quality knowledge
- SMT surface mount quality knowledge
- Fixture preparation and maintenance skills
- Assembly line glue dispensing machine debugging skills
- SMT program preparation, maintenance, and upgrade skills
- Emergency shutdown handling capability
- 5S control of production line equipment and fixtures
- Quality control of each section of the assembly line
- Ability to track and solve profile and quality issues
- Ability to prevent the occurrence of batch problems
- Ability to assist engineers in resolving SMT process and quality issues
- Maintenance of assembly line WI (Work Instructions)
