Job Summary
Set up and operate automated and semi-automated SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines and reflow ovens, while performing PCB assembly and verifying correct component placement. Load feeders, inspect boards for quality and IPC standards compliance, assist with hand soldering and rework, and troubleshoot minor production issues while maintaining strict ESD and safety protocols. Requires 2–5+ years of SMT experience with automated lines, ability to read work instructions, and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm), full-time, competitive pay based on experience. Immediate openings available for skilled operators to join a growing electronics manufacturing team.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of SMT / electronics manufacturing experience
- Experience with automated SMT lines
- Strong knowledge of PCB assembly & surface mount processes
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- High attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment
- 2nd Shifts 2:00 pm - 10:30pm
- Employment Type: Full-Time
