Job Summary
Setup and operation of screen printers, pick and place machines, and reflow ovens to produce printed circuit boards while ensuring quality throughout the manufacturing process. Retrieve kits and stencils from stockroom, tear down equipment, and complete all required documentation for production processes. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to IPC-610 requirements and identifying component orientation markings. Work a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday in a 12-hour rotation (6am-6pm) with a 4-hour differential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand work instructions proficiently
- Setup and operation of screen printers, pick and place machines and reflow ovens
- Must ensure quality throughout manufacturing process
- Knowledge and understanding of IPC-610 requirements
- Ability to identify SMT components and orientation markings
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Prior experience in PCB manufacturing
- Weekend shift Friday - Sunday 12 hour shift (6am-6pm) with a differential of 4 hours
