Job Summary
Set up, operate, and monitor SMT production lines including pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens. Perform line changeovers and adjustments, inspect PCBs for IPC compliance, and identify defects during production. Conduct routine equipment maintenance while following safety, quality, and ESD procedures. Complete production documentation and collaborate with supervisors to meet daily goals. Requires 1-3 years of SMT experience, familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards, and ability to read assembly drawings. Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of SMT line experience in electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of SMT equipment such as Mydata, Fuji, Panasonic, or similar
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards
- Ability to read assembly drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions
- Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime as needed
