Job Summary
Field Service Technician for SMS Mill Services at a single-site operation in a steel mill in Mingo Junction, OH. Responsibilities include in-field maintenance of diesel, hydraulic, and electric mobile equipment; diagnostics and repair of electrical and lighting systems; lubrications and fluid replenishment; reviewing repair orders; conducting quality control checks; testing equipment and systems for performance; and upholding safety standards. Requires strong diagnostic and repair skills for diesel and hydraulic heavy mobile equipment, ability to read and understand service manuals, self-directed work style, team orientation, and good written/oral communication. Schedule includes days and nights; compensation $26-$30 per hour with benefits after 90 days. Salary reflects annualized values based on hourly pay.
Required Qualifications
