Job Summary
Coordinate total patient care and education for admissions and discharges using the nursing process, rotating between weekends and holidays as facility needs dictate. Function independently across ICU, CVSU, ED, medical-surgical floors, and telemetry while documenting total care, maintaining patient charts, and entering orders and charges into the computer system. Collaborate frequently with physicians, administrators, peers, home health providers, and outpatient clinics to promote teamwork and problem-solving. Pass the required pharmacology test and attend all mandatory education sessions, including Healthstream training, while maintaining current certifications and licensure.

- Must pass a pharmacology test for this position
- Attendance to yearly mandatory education requirements
- Attendance to yearly Mandatory and assigned Healthstream education requirements
- Maintaining all certifications and licensure requirements on time
