Job Summary
Deliver the Ultimate Client Experience ("UCE") to all current and visiting members by performing initial and ongoing RestorInk™ services while adhering to local health standards and company directives. Maintain a clean, sanitary RestorInk™ room according to state regulations and build professional relationships with clients to establish credibility and trust. Collaborate closely with the Image Consultant to ensure clients are onboarded and managed according to HairClub standards, demonstrating artistry and sound scalp pigmentation skills. Possess an unexpired Certified Tattoo Artist license, completed RestorInk™ Training, and Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination form. Work independently under time pressure with a varied schedule, standing for extended periods while maintaining short, clean nails.
Required Qualifications
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination form
- Basic First Aid Trainings
- Blood borne Pathogens Training
- Tattoo Certification/ Permanent Make up Certification for your state
- Able to work under time and pressure, and meet the client's expectations
- Flexible to changing schedules and requirements
- Stands for extended period of time
- Keeps nails short and clean during RestorInk treatment
- May work extended hours, as well as a varied work schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Possess appropriate unexpired Certified Tattoo Artist license, as applicable by State regulations
- Completed RestorInk Training
- Has sales acumen
- Deft at building a professional relationship
- Sensitive to the needs of the client, as well as the organization
- Maintains professional relationship with employees and clients
- Able to work independently
