Job Summary
Install and assess battery-powered smoke alarms while completing Healthy Homes assessments for clients across the Waikato. Communicate with customers on-site and utilize company tools and systems to deliver property and scientific services. Requires a valid New Zealand driver's licence, construction knowledge, and strong time management skills. Weekend work available with paid overtime. Company provides a vehicle with maintenance, insurance, and fuel card. Immediate start in a growing national business serving property managers, real estate professionals, and housing providers.
Required Qualifications
- New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa
- Knowledge/experience in construction/building
- Professional English language proficiency
- Experience dealing with customers
- Excellent time management skills
- A clean, current, and Full New Zealand driver's licence
- A high ability to follow and understand instructions
- Advanced competency/experience with technology
- Currently based in New Zealand
- Weekend work available (only for those who want it, paid overtime)
