Job Summary
Lead clinical and administrative nursing for the behavioral emergency department unit, collaborating with the ED director and VP of behavioral health to oversee supervision, scheduling, orientation, and staff performance evaluation. Drive clinical and quality outcomes while supporting a positive culture that extends through the department. Requires current Maine RN license, BSN, and experience leading teams in acute care behavioral settings. Salaried compensation range of $76,665.23 - $105,579.98. As part of Covenant Health's Catholic health ministry, you will partner with caregivers and community organizations to deliver person-centered care across hospitals and rehabilitation centers in New England.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN Maine RN License
- BSN
- Experience in a clinical emergency and/or behavioral setting
