Orthopedics Division sales role in Hokkaido: drive budget/profit targets, increase existing facilities' product adoption, and win new facilities for Smith & Nephew. Responsibilities include monthly/quarterly target setting with supervision, building strong customer relationships, promoting products to therapists and physicians, maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and passing Certification tests, reporting daily activities, managing inventory and promotional activities within budget, ensuring compliance with industry and company regulations, and providing leadership support to the sales team. Requires bachelor's degree, driving license, 2–3+ years sales experience, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
