Required Qualifications
- Minimum tre års erfaring i lederroller (prosjekt- eller teamleder, produkteier)
- Erfaring med større endringer innen digitalisering og modernisering, eller produktutvikling, smidige og innovasjonsdrevne prosjekter
- God kjennskap til smidige metoder og prinsipper
- Høyere utdanning på masternivå eller tilsvarende
- Svært gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk
