Job Summary
Direct service crisis intervention, transportation and education to families and children; perform family needs assessments; make referrals; ensure continuity of care; coordinate communications with other departments and collaborators; in-home client services; flexible scheduling; requires degree in behavioral health, bilingual Spanish, AZ driver license, fingerprint clearance, and ability to meet clients in home/community/office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health related field or meet BHT requirements
- Experience working with Severely Mentally Ill Adults and the adult system of care is required
- Must have Fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one
- Must have a valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in the past three years
- Must have regular access to reliable transportation
- Bi-lingual (Spanish)
- Must be at least 21 years of age at time of employment
- All employees will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
