Job Summary
Oversee production assignments and planning to ensure quality and maximum productivity. Manage staffing and scheduling, enforce safety regulations and company procedures, supervise maintenance and equipment readiness, and drive continuous improvement of LKQ’s production processes. Responsibilities include reviewing production orders, guiding daily operations, coordinating inventory and materials, enforcing quality standards, and fostering a safety-conscious culture while leading a team of production staff and implementing process improvements. Skills emphasized include leadership, data analysis, communication, problem solving, and proficiency with common office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5+ years in a specialized profession or equivalent; proficient in specialty including prior senior lead / supervisor experience
- Degree or equivalent work experience
