Job Summary
Be part of the DLJBS team and report directly to the team leader, supporting the Valuation and Risk Advisory (VRA) Services in the GC in various functions including information gathering, market research, data entry, report preparation and production of all property types. Provide administrative and other ancillary support to the International VRA team. Support the team in maintaining internal databases, gathering internal and external data, market information and research reports to support VRA team. Location: On-site – Dalian, LN. Willing to travel where required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or academic credentials related to real estate economics, asset valuation, economics, and accounting are preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
