Job Summary
Conduct resident staff logistics expertise and hands-on evaluation for logistics training across field and sustainment supply activities, maintenance management, and vehicle systems. Collaborate with the G4 COMET Manager to develop logistics assessment, review, and analysis programs compliant with Army regulations and command policies, focusing on readiness events like ASRA and LRR. Provide comprehensive assessments of training requirements, including analysis of perishable skills and development of Terminal Learning Objectives, while drafting curricula for operational environments. Perform cyclic quality assurance assistance for supported units regarding Command Supply, Maintenance, and Deployment Discipline Programs, and coordinate development of Training Aids and Simulators.
Required Qualifications
- Five years' experience in management of tasks involving the sustainment and maintenance of Army supplies and equipment
- Ability to communicate directly to, and through correspondence, with senior Army leaders to include General Officer
- Experience in the analysis of command logistics programs to include shortcomings, development of corrective recommendations and presentation of findings to the senior leadership for decision
- Five years' experience in the following functional areas: The Army Maintenance Management System, The Army Materiel Maintenance Policy, Supply Policy Below the National Level, Using Unit Supply Systems, Physical Security, Environmental Programs
- Proficiency in Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-ARMY)
- Proficiency in Decision Support Tool (DST)
- Proficiency in Standard Army Ammunition System Modernization (SASMOD)
- Proficiency in Theater Operations Automated Movement and Identification Solutions (TC-AIMS)
- Proficiency in Very Small Aperture Terminal (V-SAT)
- Proficiency in Strategic Support Area Business Reporting Environment (SABRE)Viz
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Vantage
- Knowledge of Army Logistics Publications
- Knowledge of Army Award for Maintenance Excellence
