Job Summary
Provide transaction support and customer service for SME & Household Relationship clients; ensure completeness and accuracy of information per partner regulations; support resolving customer requests within authority; update regulations, processes, and partner instructions; ensure service quality and compliance with SLAs and risk requirements; receive and relay customer information to improve product/service offerings; contribute to policy improvements by feeding back customer feedback; experience in sales, market development, and card/account opening, with advantage for knowledge of e-wallets (Momo, VNPay).
Required Qualifications
- College degree or higher is preferred
