Job Summary
Physical Security Systems SME & Trainer responsible for acting as the technical authority for physical security within IBMS environments, designing training programs, delivering workshops, and providing guidance on system integration, compliance, and best practices. Lead training modules for engineers, operators, and facility managers; develop manuals, SOPs, and e-learning content; ensure alignment with ISO 27001 and OSHA; mentor junior engineers and technicians; deep knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and IBMS protocols (BACnet, Modbus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/IT
- 7–10 years of experience in physical security systems within IBMS Industry
- Proven experience in training delivery and curriculum development
- Certifications: PSP (Physical Security Professional), CCNA (Networking), or vendor-specific credentials (Honeywell, Schneider, Johnson Controls)
