Job Summary
SME ATR role in Pune focused on delivering finance operations aligned with SPD and TOM, acting as a subject-matter expert for A2R processes, coordinating group reporting, audits, and continuous process improvements. Responsibilities include timely management reporting, IFRS-compliant financial recording, supporting internal/external audits, ensuring balance sheet reconciliations meet corporate standards, and enabling new business models, mergers, and integrations. Requires strong accounting/finance fundamentals, IFRS expertise, SAP/SAP BFC/S4 HANA experience, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master/MBA or equivalent in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or Economics
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of accounting, IFRS and management reporting requirements
- Proficient knowledge of end-to-end A2R activities and ERP systems like SAP, SAP BFC, Month end reporting – ATR, Fiori apps, S4 HANA
