Job Summary
Support ACC organizations with dedicated fusion and tradecraft analysis, including DCGS, Air Operations Center intelligence, targeting, and cyber activities. Draft and review applicable guidance to determine currency and gaps while developing analytic processes and evaluating socializing analytic tools. Track enabling concept implementation, capture lessons learned, and work with units to optimize time/content-dominant fusion analysis. Maintain all analytic programs in accordance with ICD 203 standards and manage baseline analytical tools for Air Force mission-specific system integration. Requires a current Top Secret/SCI clearance, 15 years of relevant analysis experience, and a Master's degree or equivalent 20 years of experience. Funding expected to start September 14th, with a pay range of $92,300.00 - $166,850.00.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a current Top Secret/SCI clearance
- 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, as a substitute to the master's degree
- Demonstrated ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
- Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission
- Demonstrates ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and senior leaders (Senior officers and Government Civilians)
