Job Summary
Sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing mainly on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities. As part of the sales process, create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services. Promote bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer and exceed departmental targets. Maintain a defined territory through local partnerships and organizational affiliations, build a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with technical and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and new revenue growth. Requires adapting to a fast-paced environment with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills; typically 5-7 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
