Job Summary
Develop new leads through cold calling, canvassing, and partner relationships to sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses. Conduct face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of advanced communications solutions including PRI and Hosted PBX, while promoting bundled products to exceed departmental financial and unit targets. Manage territory development by building local business partnerships and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects to drive monthly quota performance. Collaborate with technical and support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and address improvement areas through a consultative process.
