Job Summary
Manage relationships with premium Japanese publisher clients and strategic partners, overseeing successful product implementation and tracking performance outcomes. Monitor metrics to proactively improve results while identifying upsell opportunities and articulating value propositions to drive deal closures. Collaborate with Publisher Sales teams and the remote R&D department to communicate client needs for new product features and support pre-sale proposal development. Requires 3+ years of client-facing experience in digital media, native Japanese communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital media / online publisher space
- Native Japanese communication skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working with native / display advertising
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Eye to identify upsell opportunities
- Articulate and present value propositions
- Drive successful deal closures
- Oversee successful product implementation
- Track and report on performance outcomes
- Relocation to Bangkok, Thailand
