Job Summary
SMB New Business Account Executive responsible for end-to-end sales to SMB (10-99 employees); prospecting, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to close, including product demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities; leverage CPQ/CRM to quote and track opportunities; conduct negotiations to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction; collaborate with SMB SDR team for scheduling demos and pipeline development; forecast and report on revenue, and perform other duties as assigned; hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in a US office location.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of closing experience in a high-volume, velocity sales role
- 1+ years of prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities in SMB markets
- Experience managing sales processes with ASP of less than $20,000 and sales cycles shorter than 2 weeks
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools to track activities and configure pricing
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on customer value and solutions
- Hybrid work preference with ability to work from one US office at least three days per week
