Job Summary
Solutions Engineer for SMB & Mid-Market with responsibility for product demonstrations, pre-sales support, and partner enablement for the budget consolidation business unit. You will bridge sales and post-sales teams, tailor presentations to client needs, design custom solutions aligned with business processes, assist in crafting proposals and responses to RFPs, and gather insights to inform product development. Travel up to 40% and remote-work arrangement in the United States. Preferred experience includes supporting software platforms in a customer-facing B2B environment, familiarity with SAP/Oracle, REST APIs, and advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in a sales engineering, presales, solutions consulting or solutions engineering role in the EPM, ERP, or financial software industry
- Proficiency in EPM and/or ERP platforms and a solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
