Job Summary
SMB and Mid-Market SaaS Account Executives in Austin implement high-velocity sales in a product-led growth environment. Responsible for generating new business from 100–800 employees (SMB) and 800–3,000 employees (Mid-Market), owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, delivering value-based messaging, and coordinating with marketing and customer success to ensure a smooth buyer journey. Roles require 2+ years of SaaS closing for SMB and 4+ years for Mid-Market, with average deal sizes of $10K–$50K (SMB) and $50K–$150K (Mid-Market). Compensation includes base and OTE, equity, and full benefits. Hybrid work arrangement in Austin with 2–3 days onsite per week.
