Job Summary
SMB Account Executive to drive net-new SMB customer acquisition and account expansion for a SaaS platform. Responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing high-volume sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, and closing high-value deals in the $25K-$75K+ range. Candidate should have 2-7+ years in SMB software sales (3-5 years sweet spot), a track record of quotas, and knowledge of MEDDPICC and Force Management. Collaboration with internal teams to tailor solutions and foster long-term SMB relationships. Compensation includes base salary with uncapped commissions and RSU equity; strong benefits and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 2-7+ years of experience selling to SMBs
- SaaS or enterprise software sales
- experience managing high-velocity, consultative sales cycles
- ability to exceed quota
- familiarity with MEDDPICC and Force Management
