Job Summary
Bilingual SMB Account Executive to drive payroll/HR SaaS sales for Wagepoint with a remote-first setup. Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to adoption, building trust with small business clients and leveraging relationships with accountants, referrals, and partners. Sell on value, meet monthly quotas in a high-velocity environment, and collaborate with onboarding and risk teams to launch clients. Remote-friendly role with salary plus commission; experience with HubSpot CRM is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English
- Previous SMB sales experience
- Experience in SaaS or payroll software
- CRM proficiency
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and customer-focused mindset
