SmartStock Project Technician

Job Summary
Oversee the implementation and development of SmartStock solutions, manage installation of new SmartStock sites and enhance existing ones, coordinate between internal teams, Rexel, Inventor-e and customers, and travel to client sites to support stock inventories. Drive customer engagement, hit implementation milestones, deliver training sessions at customers’ premises and exhibitions, and produce KPI-driven reports while ensuring optimal inventory levels and seamless integration of SmartStock solutions into client operations.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service across multiple channels
- Experience of project management
- Experience of stores operations
- Strong knowledge of Excel for reporting
- Knowledge of Rexel customer proposition and operations (desirable)
