Job Summary
Support the creation and population of Smartsheet tools and governance processes for launching a PMO across cross-functional and global teams. Perform content population, assist in training others on tool usage, and provide input to creators regarding approach and design. Maintain a sound understanding of Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint while ensuring attention to detail and working with speed and flexibility. Requires 2+ years of project management experience, high-level command of Smartsheet and Excel, and knowledge of PMO processes. Smartsheet Product certification is required; Solution certification is highly preferred. This role is 100% remote.

- Smartsheet Solution certification
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management
- High-level command of Smartsheet, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of PMO, Project/Program/Platform/Portfolio Management processes and roles
