Conduct server and storage break/fix services, VIP deskside support, and high-level installation activities for storage and network devices. Resolve significant escalated issues using advanced troubleshooting capabilities across complex client environments. Test and certify mainframes, servers, and infrastructure associated with networks and peripherals. Requires 4-6 years of experience and eligibility for U.S. Government export control authorizations. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years' experience in area of responsibility
- Eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government
