Job Summary
As a Smart Systems Engineer, you will innovate in semiconductor manufacturing, improving operational productivity and product quality while driving cost reductions. Your responsibilities include providing solutions to operational needs, exploring new systems including AI analytics tools, developing software applications, conducting user experience analyses, and leading projects. Required skills include proficiency in programming languages and knowledge of database technologies, with a strong emphasis on analytical and communication abilities. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is essential, along with familiarity with AI technologies and agile methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Master's/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Computing
- Proficient in programming languages (Python, C#, ASP.net, SQL, Angular, HTML, etc.)
- Knowledge in database technologies (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.)
- Good understanding of software development methodologies and the full software development life cycle
- Familiar with collaborative tools like GIT
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with the practical usage of AI technologies and tools (M365 Copilot)
- Experience in AI agent creation is an advantage
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron
