As a Smart Home Security Technician, you'll help homeowners create customized Smart Security solutions tailored to their needs. You'll be responsible for customer interactions that ensure a 5-star experience, including installation, troubleshooting, and demonstrations of ADT-monitored security systems. Success in this role requires a strong desire to provide excellent customer service, sales aptitude, and personal initiative. Compensation includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, professional development, and career advancement opportunities.
