As a Smart Home Security Technician, you will help homeowners create customized Smart Security solutions tailored to their personal needs. You will be the initial face-to-face contact for customers, ensuring 5-star interactions while performing installations, troubleshooting, and demonstrating ADT-monitored security systems. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a commitment to safety.
