Smart Home Security Technician

In-home smart security installations and demonstrations for clients, tailoring security packages to homeowner needs, and guiding customers through review of options on-site with the Inside Sales team. You’ll lead the sales process from on-site assessment to finalizing a custom ADT-monitored security solution, earning uncapped commissions. Responsibilities include delivering customized installation and troubleshooting demonstrations, providing exceptional customer interactions, and leveraging paid training to become proficient in security solutions. Qualifications emphasize customer-service orientation, strong sales background, reliable vehicle and license, and ability to handle physical tasks and PPE requirements.
