Job Summary
Lead a high-volume Tech Engineer (TE) design team focused on in-home consultations and smart home installations. Responsibilities include coaching, training, recruiting, and developing TEs; generating leads and upselling equipment; conducting consultative customer experiences and ensuring quality onboarding/installation; shaping programs to grow market share; and driving KPIs while maintaining a strong customer-centric culture.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of people leadership experience
- direct experience managing customer-facing team members in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment
- proven track record of successfully building and developing high performing & customer-centric teams
- excellent interpersonal & communications skills with firsthand experience in consultative selling/educating customers on products and services
- highly analytical and strong conceptual problem solver
- driven and entrepreneurial—able to manage diverse team and achieve budgeted targets with minimal oversight
- Associate degree or equivalent related experience
