Job Summary
Develop in-depth understanding of Energy Codes and their products; provide advisory support to parties and stakeholders in the change process; analyze impacts of Change Proposals on code products, parties and consumers; identify root-causes of issues and develop effective change solutions; produce Change Proposal Plans with timelines; review impact assessments and consultations; conduct cost-benefit analyses and produce robust business cases; generate high-quality change documentation and maintain relationships with Code Managers and service providers; provide second-line support to the service desk during busy periods; maintain a focus on consumer outcomes and collaborative delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in the GB energy market in a relevant role
- Understanding of the regulatory framework for the GB energy market
- Experience developing solutions to complex operational and technical issues impacting a variety of stakeholder
- Analytical skills to identify root-causes and develop optimal solution options
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to identify and understand the impacts of policy development and regulatory change on stakeholders
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills
